Color is the subject here, and it arrives with the full generosity of the season. Vivid greens and yellows bloom through the left and center, carrying the particular freshness of early spring, while deep blues anchor the lower edge in water and open sky. White drifts across the upper right like cloud and rain dissolving into one another, the boundary between sky and atmosphere impossible to locate.

The technique is as open as the composition — color allowed to bloom and scatter across silk, textures building through layering with the canvas underneath rather than brushwork, the surface alive with accidental beauty that feels entirely intentional, rendering the season not as scenery but as pure feeling.
